 Our Story

Our mission was to provide Richmond Upon Thames a world class private personal training facility. With state of the art equipment custom made in the UK paired with London’s best personal trainers.

At Performance House you are the pilot of your fitness journey and we are the co-pilots who help guide your journey.

We want you to become the best version of yourself and get the most performance out of your life, using techniques that work with your lifestyle and needs.

Our trainers promote sustainable solutions which balance with, and optimise, your lifestyle.  They are happy to help you find a maintenance pattern as well as fat-loss or muscle building.

At the outset, we are not looking to transform your body, our aim is to transform your approach and mindset to health and fitness.  The body transformation will follow as a result but the focus here is on the process, principles and personalisation which works best for you are your needs.

Its probably no surprise that I got into strength training to improve my performance in sports. From a very young age I learned that Strength Training should be a staple in my routine regardless of my sport. Whether It be rugby, Ice Hockey, Skateboarding, Golf and even riding motorbikes…

The strength I gained in the gym and the discipline I gained from sticking to my tasks, allowed me to excel in all sports I tried my hand at.

Personal Training was a calling for me, and although that might sound cheesy and cliché, Ive spent most of my adult life crafting all the required skills to ensure that I can help my clients the best way possible.

Ive been training myself for the last 15 years and training others for over 12 years!

There have been many many times when I have wanted to give up, whether I have not made any progress for a while or whether I felt I was getting bored.

But the one thing that kept pulling me back was the feeling I got from challenging myself.

For me training was all about the discovery of what my body could really do.

It’s unbelievably rewarding when you finally get that last rep, The feeling I got from chasing my own goals enabled me to carry the same passion for helping my clients reach their full potential.

I know where you are at right now!

I’ve been overweight, low on energy, stressed & depressed, emotionally eating and even intimidated of going to the gym. If this is you now it doesn’t have to be forever. Consider myself and the trainers at Performance House the safest first step to living a happier, healthier & hornier life because we have been where you are!

My fitness career has always taken me the direction that my passion was at the time. Helping sprinters build explosive speed, teaching Olympic Lifting classes to nearly every Crossfit box in the south-east and running my own club to world-class body transformations featured in popualr magazines and weighted rucks over welsh mountains with formers special forces. I believe practical experience backs-up any qualification and I’m not afraid to go where most PTs won’t…

The biggest lesson I’ve learned from my 15 years in the fitness is: Change comes less from the method you follow and more from the people you have around you. This is why I became a PT. Having someone to keep you accountable, support, guide you through obstacles and share your wins with in worth it’s weight in gold. More than the weight you’re destined to lose with us!

My role at Performance House is to help you smash through what you thought was your best, teach you how to test yourself when the going gets tough and build a sexy, capable body that serves you in living a long, energetic life. But I don’t only talk about diet and exercise. During your rest periods we can talk rock music, UFOs, the wonders of the Universe and reality, golden era hiphop and the best cocktails to make with Tequila. But once the clock strikes, we work!
